Facilities Manager – Full service Facilities Manager 5-7 years experience, responsible for all industrial functions of the plant(s) including the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and building (s) Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications including estimates on equipment, labor, material and related costs. Additionally responsible for all Safety Programs, including OSHA regulations and Training.
Quality Supervisor: Dedicated professional with 5 years of solid experience is required to develop, and implement techniques, processes, and procedures for controlling the desired level of quality for all products. Will Ensure compliance with multiple government regulations including OSHA and USDA. Establish and monitor quality standards for raw materials through finished goods. Develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliable data. Utilize data to monitor production standards. Must have solid systems experience.
Logistics Supervisor: Experienced Supervisor with 3- 5 years of related experience with demonstrated supervisory experience in a progressive shipping/receiving environment is needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the shipping, receiving and warehouse areas and be accountable for coordinating the activities of employees engaged in material handling, shipping, storage, and transportation Will oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and conditions of shipments and manages all logistics. Determines shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
ProductionTeam Leaders (Hourly) This position will support the Production Manager/Supervisor to achieve production goals and objectives on a daily basis and direct teams on assignments and tasks.. This is a working position and will insure all employees are fully trained on policies, procedures, machinery, and equipment. Hourly Wage: $11.00
Senior Customer Service Representative - A seasoned professional needed to deliver outstanding customer service to new and existing customers as well as lead the day-to-day operations of the department and develop and enhance customer service policies and procedures for the organization to streamline activities. Must have excellent systems skills and demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
