Administrative Assistant Sales Support needed for wholesale gift and garden decor company. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing sales proposals using MS Word, Excel, Photoshop and PowerPoint. Responsibilities will also include interfacing with overseas factories, domestic customers and reading and interpreting corporate manuals. Excellent communications skills as answering emails and returning phone calls will be required. The individual will need to be very detail oriented, organized and be able to work independently. 25-30 hours per week.
