Customer Service Representative needed in Darien

Job Description:
  • Interviews customers and open accounts
  • Cross-sells bank products and services

Responsibilities:

  • Interviews, sells, and open bank accounts
  • Makes calls to expand business with existing and new clients
  • Responds to telephone requests and assists customers in resolving problems
  • Maintains paperwork and mail correspondence as required

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with some banking experience required
  • One to two years experience serving the public, preferably as a bank teller or closely related cash handling positiion
  • Excellent customer service skills, accuracy with numbers and attention to detail
