Responsibilities:
*
Assist Océ Systems and Solutions Engineers in the field in resolving customer workflow and product issues as they arise, occasionally supporting them at the customer location
*
Document and track product deficiencies and/or enhancements in coordination with R&D
*
Review and approve System Definition documents from the Field Systems and Solutions Engineers
*
Prepare and conduct internal training to Océ Field Systems and Solutions Engineers and Customer Training Representatives
*
Test new software and product features
*
Develop standard solutions using products and workflows
*
Provide training assistance on an as-needed basis
