Seeking Construction Office Administrator: CT

We are a professional construction company in Norwalk, Connecticut, looking for a Construction Office Administrator to join our team. This is a fast paced support role for the project management team and would include but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Evaluating and analyzing weekly, monthly and ending job cost data

• Creating and standardizing our internal SOP’s

• Distribution, tracking, logging, filing and updating paperwork
• Assisting the project team
• The maintenance of project files and directories
• Taking/maintaining project meeting notes, preparing documents for various meetings
• Correspondence with clients and vendors
• Ordering supplies
