TELLER SUPERVISOR


REPORTS TO: Assistant Branch Manager



BASIC FUNCTION:

Ensures efficient operation of the teller line in accordance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Orient new tellers

• Performs normal teller duties on a daily basis.

• Ensures tellers provide the highest quality of service possible to each and every customer.

• Fosters team atmosphere on the teller line.

• Supervises tellers.

• Provides on the job training for tellers on an as needed basis.

• Monitors tellers to ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and federal regulations.
