Responsibilities and duties include:
· Answer telephones and address client inquiries
· Manage two arborists / sales reperesentatives' calendars and outlook communications
· Prepare proposals, work orders, correspondence and job scheduling
· Address clients' needs and resolve any issues that arise
· Input production reports into computer system to create work orders and invoices
· Provide materials and documentation in advance of meetings
· Photocopy, fax and file sensitive documents
· Apply the full range of Microsoft office software such as MS Word and Excel to develop branch documents and presentations
· Maintain phone logs and records of client communications
· Assist with various daily tasks and projects as required
