Qualifications Include:
Loss prevention or hotel experience preferred
High School Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of related work experience
Good computer knowledge
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Must be motivated, able to make sound decisions and be reliable Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with customers and associates
Must have 8 hours of Connecticut Security Training Certification
Must have previous customer service skills
