DUTIES: Under the general direction of a supervisor, provides technical hardware and software support for Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) installations as a member of a network support team; provides technical support of enterprise connectivity; troubleshoots and installs workstation hardware and software, trains other personnel in the use of networked computer equipment; does related work as required.
