Concierge needed in Bethel, CT

Statement of the Job: The Concierge position encompasses security, customer service, and basic maintenance. The Concierge must have the ability to consistently provide a high level of customer service. All members of the concierge staff must possess a friendly and outgoing personality as well as the flexibility to work overtime on an as needed basis. As the Concierge position requires staffing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the Property Manager is responsible for scheduling front desk shifts and ensuring coverage in the event of sick calls, holidays, and vacation days. Reporting Relationships: Reports to Property Manager.
