Responsibilities
* Report to IT Systems Manager
* Provide Middleware architecture implementation and administration support
* Meet project timelines and deliverables
* Participate in project status meetings
* Take leading position on integration development and deployment as it pertains to JD Edwards integrations
* Collaborate with JDE technical team on training and knowledge transfer
* Provide support using go-live
* Level-3 issue resolution with escalation to Level-4
