ITT Water is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to perform import compliance activities as outlined in the Import Compliance Manual. Duties include but are not limited to; maintenance of all import documentation in accordance with U.S. Customs legal recordkeeping requirements, coordination and performance of internal compliance audits, the establishment of compliance control procedures and field education. Provide logistics support on direct delivery orders regarding importation, and both international and domestic transportation. Process import purchase orders to replenish inventory for assigned material and book all material receipts to goods in transit. Monitor and work with contracted freight forwarder/customs broker on a daily basis to ensure that established price and delivery performance standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve logistics problems in a timely manner.
