Must have supervisory experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have a proven track record of results driven leadership skills with accomplishments.
Conduct field audits of installation work; maintain system security by auditing placement of traps and terminators for disconnects; monitor and coach field service training sessions; assist with quality control checks on technicians work; monitor routes and job assignments; verify survey information from field; assist with technical training; knowledge of telephony, HSD, and video installations; perform other duties as requested.
