The Leadership Development Department is currently looking for a Talent Management Trainer who will assist in the ongoing development of management training and leadership development programs. The Talent Management Trainer will work directly with the Director of Leadership Development to prepare and develop multiple courses to a range of managers in the United States. The individual will work with our Learning Management Team to ensure that the completed curriculum is tracked and that online modules are developed where appropriate.
