The Segment Marketing Director Owns The Business Management And P&L For Their Assigned Segment (Third Party Mailers). Responsible For Developing And Implementing A Comprehensive Segment Business Plan That Maximizes The Market Penetration, Customer Growth, Products, Pricing, Cross-Sales And Profitability Of Target Segments.

Responsibilities:

* Achieve Annual Operating Plan (P&L, Revenue, Margin, Budgets Etc) For Third Party Mailers Segment.
* Responsible Forthird Party Mailers P&L.
* Revenue, Margin, Profitability, Units, Product Mix
* Leads And Directs All Go To Market And Marketing Activities Associated With Third Party Mailers Product Lines, Including Pricing, Margins, Promotions, Campaigns, Training And Customer Requirements.
* Manages The Segment Marketing Spending To Budget And To Achieve Annual Targets.
* Be The Divisional Subject Matter Expert For The Third Party Mailers Ensuring Consistency Within Marcom Activities And Requirement Recognition In Product Management.
* Be Lead Evangelist Within Dfs For Third Party Mailers Segment.
* Develops And Implement Annual Segment Marketing Plan For Third Party Mailers Segment.
* Identifies And Tracks Key Market Metrics
* Market Size/Share, Growth Rate, Penetration, Competition Etc
