eCommerce manager job in Wilton
Execute the planning and merchandising for All ecomm site assets to maximize: sales, conversion rates, order value, product margins and retention.

Hands on administration of site will include: content management, promotions, creation, reporting, analysis, improvement & monitoring
Understanding of Blue Buffalo product and online strategy to allow regular participation in development of site, web products, user experience, brand and overall ecommerce roadmap.
Define site requirements via wireframes, use cases and business needs for regular cycles of functional and UX enhancement
Identify performance e enhancements through deep metrics analysis and create regular cycles of testing to maximize primary KPI’s
Initiate development of new promotions and offers to drive sales while exhibiting understanding & impact the underlying product margins and P&L.
Manage the range of products, placement & presentation on the Web site. Devise cross-selling, post sale campaigns & strategies
Function as primary contact and point of resolution for fulfillment, inventory management, internal communication, forecasting, cost optimization, reporting & 3rd party customer service group
Oversee 3rd party web development & hosting vendor
Develop & communicate site and sales KPI’s
Develop & execute email communication and promotional strategies for existing customers & prospects
This position will report to the VP of eCommerce& ONline Marketing
