What you will be doing:
The Senior Java Programmer and Team Leader’s role is to design, develop, and implement in-house information systems and software architectures, and assure their performance, security, and high availability. He or she will work with the business to identify needs and translate those needs into effective system designs. This individual will gain organizational commitment for all system designs and software plans, as well as evaluate and recommend technologies required to complete those plans. In addition, the Senior Java Programmer and Team Leader provides technical leadership across the organization and to other developers, from technical decision making down to the project planning level.
