* Assist in monthly close including, but not limited to preparation of journal entries, reconciliations and analysis of corporate balance sheet accounts.
* Prepare accurate and timely reporting and analysis to PBI Corporate.
* Analyze monthly P&L variances to forecast, budget and prior year.
* Prepare monthly financial book that is distributed to management.
* Assist in the monthly forecast and annual budgeting process.
* Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley financial reporting requirements, including maintenance of policies and procedures.
* Interface with the Tampa Administrative Services Center and Financial Shared Services.
* Work on special projects as required.
