Job Opportunity: Plumbing Support Advisor with Waterworks
• Understand all technical aspects of the Waterworks product
• Provide technical support at the client site as needed.
• Support Sales Associates with pre and post sale efforts relating to technical product features and functionality
• Respond to department inquiries via phone and/or email
• Document issues, quality trends, and history spreadsheets
• Recommend resolutions to recurring issues
• Test products periodically to verify warranty claim or quality assurance. Assess the validity of warranty claims and establish a proper course of action.
• Provide high level technical phone support, maintaining a client service focus
• Place orders for service parts.
• Initiate product return process.
