This newly created position will be responsible for the development and delivery of training programs organization-wide. Knowledge of adult learning theory, training program design, needs assessment strategies and tools as well as 2 to 4 years of experience in the stand-up delivery of a variety of training programs is needed to be considered for this high profile position. The successful candidate must have a BS in Business Management or Human Resource Management and strong skills in the Microsoft suite of products, including Powerpoint.
