The Stamford Museum and Nature Center is looking for an outstanding professional to join our leadership team in the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist. Working collaboratively and strategically with the Executive Director, the ideal candidate would be a self-starter who has a strong professional demeanor consistently projecting a high energy level and "can do" attitude. In this role, you will advise and lead the implementation and management of SMNC's HR polices and procedures in all HR areas including: talent acquisition and development, wage and salary administration, and employee relations. The Sr. HR Generalist will identify and address solutions that result in the proactive development of HR programs supporting the mission of the SM&NC.
