Tradin Organics seeks Office Manager
The Back Office Manager is the newly created position to help manage our expanding business of importing and distribution of high quality Certified Organic Food Raw Materials imported from Europe, Asia and Latin America such as nuts, sugar, cocoa, seeds, grains, IQF fruits and fruit juice conc. The position requires experience in Importation, warehousing, distribution and inventory management. The Back Office Manager will also create Release Orders for Customer Pickups and finally create sales invoice from our ERP systems. The Back Office Manager will also be responsible for managing office administration such as receiving bills, allocating the bills (costs) to appropriate import batch files, sending these bills to our home office in Amsterdam, following up on AR & AP.
