# Four-year college degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. However, experience and/or other training may be considered in lieu of a degree. 10 + years of relevant experience in Extended Supply Chain solutions
# 5 + years of management experience
# Strong interpersonal skills- must be able to work, collaborate with, and influence senior managers and other senior business executives
# Ability to oversee software supplier relationships
# Knowledge of IT Best Practices
# Full Project Life Cycle Management.
# Extensive experience with Manugistics
# Extensive experience in either JDE or SAP for Supply Chain operations
# Technical abilities in UNIX/ Oracle environments
# Knowledge and experience with Business Objects and/or Oracle Discoverer
# Must demonstrate knowledge of Manugistics
# Must demonstrate knowledge of JD Edwards
# In-depth experience with global consumer goods
# Strong communication skills
