Norwalk Medical Group seeks CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Supervise and manage daily clinical office flow and activity.
*
Train and supervise 18-20 medical assistants.
*
Able to fill in at any time when staffing challenges arise.
*
Perform and direct patient intake procedures to maximize patient flow and office efficiency.
*
Coordinate and oversee staffing patterns to optimize medical services operations.
*
Assure adequate monitoring and stocking of medical equipment, supplies and drugs, as appropriate.
*
Work as a team with other supervisors and administrative staff to address organization-wide issues, including program development, personnel policies, and employee evaluations, training needs, safety concerns and quality assurance indicators.
*
Make recommendations and decisions for improvement based on the impact to the organization rather than for any single department.
*
Maintain organized, efficient and confidential work area, including conformance to HIPAA regulations.
