Barden Corp to hire Supervisor Position (2nd Shift) in Danbury, CT
Plan, organize, direct, and control activities of very technical function to achieve specified objectives for cost, quality and timeliness.
Requirements include thorough technical knowledge of a highly technical function with significant emphasis placed on total coordination responsibility. Must have extensive knowledge of and experience in total functional and interrelated areas. Also required is knowledge of work instructions, management information systems, and divisional policies and procedures. Educational requirements are a minimum of a
technical high school diploma and extensive experience. Well developed managerial expertise and initiative are necessary, having spent several years in defined skill or management position. Good human relations skills are critical as must work within various diverse levels of organization. Approximately relations skills are critical as must work within various diverse levels of organization. Approximately 65% of time on problem solving involves management problems in planning, organizing, controlling, and leading. The other 35% of time is spent on solving technical problems.
