The ideal candidate for this position serves a hybrid role in our organization. Primary area of focus is the timely and accurate conversion of customer data from external vendor sources into our internal databases and ensuring its proper, legal use by the marketing and sales community. Secondarily, this individual will champion the use of our customer data for one or two industry portfolios, creating analytical reports and segmentation strategies that support our event attendance goals. Candidates must have a relentless attention to detail, strong technical and project management skills and an ability to train and communicate with others effectively. As Manager of our team, candidates must also have previous experience hiring, training and mentoring staff.
