Coordinator, Payroll: Save the Children in Westport, CT
Save the Children, the leading relief and development agency striving to improve the lives of women and children in need and make a lasting difference in their lives, seeks a solid Payroll Coordinator for its Westport, CT headquarters. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the online timesheet system ( iEmployee) and processing of all timesheets, researching and following up on delinquent timesheets. S/he will maintain employee time off balances, distribution of paychecks, and maintain distribution codes and updates in the timekeeping system as needed. The Coordinator will also liaise with the timesheet vendor on all issues pertaining to the system. S/he will train employees and Timesheet Coordinators on all functionality of the timesheet system as well as reporting capabilities.

I wonder if Save the Children has looked into a simple, easy to use time tracking software package similar to Tsheets.com?
