* Hybrid Assembler needed to perform semiconductor die attach, wire bonding, and inspection of microelectronic components and modules. Solder experience is a plus. Must be skilled to work with miniature components, using tweezers and microscopes. Read and interpret blueprints to determine proper assembly procedure.
