We are seeking an experienced paralegal or attorney who will be responsible for legal review of Intellectual Property and Software contracts. You will note issues / questions that can then be discussed with in-house counsel and then have dialogue with counter-party on the same. This is targeted to be 20-30 hours per week, in our client’s Greenwich office.
