Summary: Helps the plant to constantly improve Safety, CAPEX efficiency, Quality, Productivity, and Service to customer/Lead time through rigorous application of the standard Lean tools. Drives cultural change to help management adopt lean thinking, Gemba attitude (where the action takes place) and fostering people development.
Develops the Lean Visual Control systems at the FCI Group standards on the shop floor.
Trains Supervisors and Managers on how to use the Lean Visual Control systems and how to perform the Lean Management routines.·
Participates to the Policy Deployment of the plant, by building and following up the Problem Solving workshops and the Lean training plan.
Leads Problem Solving workshops at the FCI Group standards for Quality, Productivity, Leadtime and Safety improvement.
Strives systematically for manufacturing improvement opportunities·
Participates to the new process design to develop the Lean Engineering principles·
Contributes to validate the new products full production data to make sure the cell’s standards are all properly defined·
Insures the Lean KPI’s are calculated at the Group standards and reports monthly the Lean activities status.
