An individual acts in this position as a liaison between Product E-Commerce development teams, engineers, and IT. While this position has many diverse responsibilities, it is primarily focused on clearly defining business objectives and requirements to facilitate the design and implementation of technical solutions to business challenges. The Business Analyst is expected to assist E-Commerce management, more senior technical personnel, and designated E-Commerce business representatives in defining and implementing the strategic direction necessary to better meet the business needs.
