+ Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults: Planning and carrying out all Diocesan aspects of the RCIA process from assisting and offering on-going formation to parish RCIA coordinators, to the planning major events.+ Adult Confirmation: Planning and carrying out all aspects of the Adult Confirmation program, including classes, retreats and rehearsals. + Administration of the Saint Cyril of Jerusalem School.+ Assists in other Adult Formation Programs such as the St. Augustine Lecture Series and other major events for adult formation, such as the Catechetical and Missionary Congresses.
