The IT Manager will interface with cross-functional managers daily and must ensure that the needs of the company are addressed appropriately with regard to the IT systems including networks/servers, ERP system, internet/extranet/intranet sites, hardware, software, and all related items. This is a highly visible position, impacting the business both strategically and operationally. Successful candidates will exhibit strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions as well as a commitment to excellence in customer service and the ability to work in a team environment across multiple locations. The IT Manager will define, manage and develop the IT resources including staffing structure, operations and network functions to achieve business objectives as well as define, manage, and complete projects to ensure continual productivity, staff development, and achievement of goals.
