Customer Service Representative needed at Barden Corp, Danbury CT
Provide communication of customer pricing, delivery, and information needs to the proper divisional personnel. Enter orders, process necessary paperwork and coordinate the responses to ensure that the customers are serviced in a manner consistent with division policy. Knowledge of product line, manufacturing processes, PC systems, and procedures is required. Interpersonal, written and telephone skills must be well developed as position deals directly with customers, sales engineers and internal departments. One year technical; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: · Strong organization & human relations skills· Well developed computer skills, including experience with SAP & Microsoft Office· Accuracy is crucial to the position
