The Immigration & Litigation Paralegal will serve as the liaison for all U.S. employees/applicants regarding work-authorized nonimmigrant visas, extensions, and permanent residency. The incumbent also will be responsible for managing the Litigation Hold and litigation document collection process, and providing accurate and timely responses to subpoenas as well as other documents.
