Fast-growing publishing company has an excellent opportunity for a Staff/Senior Accountant in its Norwalk office. In this position, you’ll be responsible for the complete Accounts Payable process (from opening the mail to check distribution), expense report processing, maintaining the Purchase Order system and the FAS Fixed Assets module. You will actively participate in monthly financial closings; helping prepare the monthly reporting package; monthly work papers; balance sheet and P&L analysis and reconciliation; bank reconciliations and deferred revenue schedules. In addition, you will assist in the AR/Invoicing and collections process as required and complete daily cash reporting and credit card reconciliations.
