Benefits Specialist needed at CM ALMY in Greenwich
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, the Benefits Specialist will be responsible for the administrations of Almy's benefit programs in accordance with the corporate objectives and in compliance with applicable legal requirements, benefits, communications to ensure employee comprehension and appreciation, program tracking, analysis and reporting.
KEY INVOLVMENTS IN THIS POSITION: Will be reporting directly to the HR Manager. Working with HR Generalist, all employees, Benefit Program Vendors and Providers. Accounting and Finance Departments and Corporate Auditors.
