The Operations / Financial Analyst will implement and maintain all systems and processes related to grant making, workflow, and financial controls, for the Pitney Bowes Literacy and Education Foundation, The Pitney Bowes Employee Involvement Fund, Corporate Giving, and the Pitney Bowes Relief Fund.
Key responsiblities Include: implementing and maintening internal processes, financial controls,and technology; all components of grants processing including structuring of grants, regulatory compliance and grants reporting; financial reporting; vendor relationship management; and systems and software administration
