Responsibilities will include receiving inbound customer service phone calls, troubleshooting, and handling customer issues. The successful candidate must have a high school degree or equivalent. Previous customer service experience is required and the candidate must have outstanding organizational and communication skills. Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in MS Office is also required. This position is based in Norwalk, CT.
