We're OperationsInc, a seven year old, twenty + person Human Resources consulting and outsourcing firm based in Stamford, CT. We are the HR department for companies too small to support an in-house HR professional. For larger firms we serve as HR experts to support projects and initiatives on an hourly basis. The continued growth of our business has resulted in the need for us to hire an HR Assistant.
In this newly created role, the HR Assistant will provide support to the CEO and Director of Marketing and Business Development, as well as the other office staff as needed. Core responsibilities include:
* Responsible for supporting Consultant’s needs as they relate to Job postings / Resume Database Searches & tracking all for billing purposes
* Coordinate all Background Checks for clients via third party administrator
* Handle all internal OperationsInc Job Postings / Recruiting including deployment of rejection emails / notifications
* Responsible for data management
* Distribute any efaxes to appropriate parties
* Assist with Exit Interview Process for Clients as needed
* Update/maintain OI intranet
* Maintain employee client files
