Nature of Work:
The Job Developer/Evaluator is responsible for the development of appropriate community employment opportunities for consumers receiving employment services. The Job Developer/Evaluator will facilitate good working relationships between Trinity and prospective employers to ensure a smooth transition to worksites for job placement. The Job Developer/Evaluator must participate during in-service training, staff meetings, work non-traditional hours, travel to various employment sites in Connecticut, maintain information tracking systems as directed by supervisor, prepare weekly job placement and employer contact reports and prepare comprehensive assessment reports.
