Responsibilities
• Train resellers in how to use and sell our human resource solutions at our new training center in Norwalk, CT
• Support our resellers in growing their businesses
• Provide application demo support when needed
• Support ERC’s Director of Client Service as needs arise in delivering training and handling customer inquiries
• Coordinate and at times lead web education seminars
• Introduce new services to existing clients.
