We are seeking an experienced paralegal or attorney who will be responsible for legal review and negotiation of Intellectual Property and Software contracts, ISDA Master Agreements, Prime Brokerage Agreements and Trading Execution Documents. You will note issues / questions that can then be discussed with in-house counsel and then have dialogue with counter-party on the same. This is targeted to be 20-30 hours per week, with some work being performed remotely and some in our client’s Greenwich office.
