E-Commerce Marketing & Project Management sought at Pitney Bowes
Primary Function: Individual is charged with the responsibility to support Interactive Marketing and Ecommerce functions. This includes collaborating with marketing groups from multiple business divisions to advise them on the latest tools and techniques available, performing duties that support completing Web projects on-time, within budget, and that exceed User/Client expectations.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with marketing staff and management on the development of tactical and strategic Internet and Email marketing initiatives
2. Support the ongoing development, implementation, coordination, maintenance, tracking, and reporting for overall Web and Email projects and initiatives.
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Support ongoing project deliverables, contact people for outstanding tasks, images, content, update project plan status, track open action items.
2. Provide awareness throughout the organization of e-commerce capabilities to improve and create a sense of comfort amongst marketing staff.
3. Maintain overall tracking of internal and external resources, handle costs, invoicing, PO's and chargeback's.
4. Create and maintain project/pipeline tracking & reporting.
5. Facilitate/coordinate small project requests, landing page, html email, and minor web page revisions.
6. Coordinate IT and UAT testing. Implement total quality management of the web site/member interface to ensure that member needs are met through the utilization of the web site.
7. Coordinate/support Content Management and training needs.
8. Produce Website reporting, coordinate reporting communications and training.
Qualifications:
· Working experience in a Web/or Web related marketing and/or technical, ecommerce project support role is required.
· A 4-year college degree in business, ecommerce marketing or information systems or has recent ecommerce or technical project support experience preferred.
· Experience with creating project schedules, requirements, coordinating resources and deliverables, tracking costs/invoices, quality control, and reporting.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with MS Project helpful.
· Familiarity with web development technologies.
· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization by using listening skills, making appropriate suggestions and assisting in finding solutions for the organization
· Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
· Strong interest in ecommerce marketing and project management as well as the success of each project essential.
