Provide prototype engineering technical support for manufacturing processes. Individual will provide assistance in turning, grinding, heat treat, and assembly. Will assist in developing and implementing new procedures for cost reduction, process improvement and quality improvement. Communication skills are essential as the individual will interact with production, engineering, quality assurance and management personnel.
Position requires a 4-year degree in a science with a M.E. preferred, but not required. Individual should have 2-4 years experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience in working individually and as a member of a team.
