Manager, Business Integration needed at Pitney Bowes in Shelton, CT
This position is accountable for managing and integrating new and existing products and services onto new or existing processing platforms. This will involve defining the functional requirements with the product owners, defining the technical specifications with the technical leads, interface development, testing and successful implementation to meet the needs of the business and the customer. This position will also have a dotted line reporting relationship to the Director, Business Development for new GPS products. This position entails working with the Product or Business Initiative Owner and other members of the product/business team as well external parties, to ensure the smooth and effective implementation and operation during and after launch. This position will involve project managing the requirements, defining milestones, identifying gaps, developing processes and solutions and ensuring flawless and timely execution. The overall objective is to collaborate in the building of a product that exceeds customer, market and business expectations.
